Our Profile
ART-IS-ZEN® was registered in November of 2004 as a derivation of the term, ‘artisan’—a skilled manual worker who makes items that may be functional or strictly decorative, and established July 2012 in Las Vegas, NV. Work officially began in October 2015 with renovations to a home office and several neighboring properties. The last five years were spent at a live/work office downtown focused primarily on tenant improvement projects for local small businesses.
We are well-positioned to handle a variety of commercial and mixed-use projects, after relocating near UNLV to finish grad school and begin a doctorate. With a growing demand for commercial development and affordable housing in the Greater Vegas Valley, we are exploring new methods to tackle larger and more complex projects, while still offering a full-line of professional services in architectural design and engineering disciplines. Building our team this year will also allow us to seeking out opportunities in both institutional and government work.

Our Objective
Diversifying our firm into a new construction management company is the next stage of business development. Engaging in cooperative collaboration between clients and contractors will reduce production times and project costs while improving quality, avoiding conflicts and eliminating waste. Our winning strategy will implement multi-party agreements to clearly define roles and responsibilities of team members and individuals to ensure better project performance and greater overall success. Providing professional consulting services in architecture, engineering and construction to owners and builders will resolve issues and expedite solutions.
