The dynamic nature of design and construction means that risks can and will occur throughout the project phases. Implementing a risk management process (RMP) to prevent these issues and address them as they occur is essential to successful completion. Project management is defined as, “the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver something of value to people.” [1] This demands proper utilization.
